Demo mode
ExpertView's checkout currently runs in demo mode. No money is collected, so there is nothing to refund.
When real payments are enabled (draft)
- You can cancel a plan at any time from the Account page. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refund requests made within [7] days of a first purchase will be considered in full if the service has not been used substantially.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–7] working days, subject to the payment provider's timelines.
- Recurring charges (UPI Autopay or card mandates) can be stopped before the next renewal date.
