1. What ExpertView is

ExpertView is a market-data and analysis tool for studying Indian markets. It is currently a personal project used for study and educational purposes. Market data shown is simulated unless a page clearly says otherwise.

2. No investment advice

Nothing on ExpertView is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security, derivative, commodity or crypto asset. The trend marker labelled "Our analysis" summarises technical conditions from a fixed set of rules and shows its inputs. It is not a trading signal. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

3. Accounts

You log in with an Indian mobile number and a one-time code. Keep access to your phone secure.
One guest preview of 3 minutes is available per device per day.
You can end any session, or all sessions, from the Account page.

4. Plans and payments

Plans are Monthly and Annual and unlock the same features. While ExpertView is in demo mode, checkout is simulated and no money is collected. If real payments are enabled later, prices, taxes, renewal terms and refund rules will be shown before you pay.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or redistribute data or content from ExpertView.
Do not attempt to break security, overload the service or access other people's accounts.
Do not use automated tools to scrape the service.

6. Availability and accuracy

The service is provided "as is". Data may be delayed, simulated, incomplete or wrong. Features may change or stop without notice.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, ExpertView is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including trading losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city to be confirmed] have jurisdiction.
